PM&L is powered by people like you
Join Our Company
Palette, Masque and Lyre, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit owned by its members and primarily operated by a dedicated group of volunteers with support from a small administrative team. We encourage you to join our theatre community by volunteering or auditioning.
Every show, every season is made possible by the dedication of community members who give their time and talent. No experience necessary — just enthusiasm and a willingness to be part of something special.
Ways to Get Involved
On Stage
Auditions are held for every production and are open to the community. Whether you're an experienced performer or trying theatre for the first time, we welcome you. Check our auditions page for upcoming opportunities.
Backstage & Tech
Build sets, run lights and sound, manage props, design costumes, and more. Our tech volunteers are the backbone of every production. No matter your experience, no matter your level of talent, there’s a way for you to help us.
Front of House
Help audiences have a great experience by ushering, working concessions, or staffing the box office.
Committees & Board
Help shape the future of PM&L by joining a committee or serving on the board of directors. Areas include marketing, fundraising, building maintenance, play selection, and more.
