Do You Have Questions?
We do all we can to make sure your visit to our theatre is an enjoyable one. Please take a look at some of the most common questions we receive below.

When can I buy tickets?
Please consult the show page for the production you are considering for dates of both online and box office ordering.
How can I get tickets?
Tickets are available online (with an added convenience fee), by phone at (847) 395-3055, and at our Box Office during their operating hours. Please visit the show page for the production you wish to attend for pricing and additional details.
How do I get my tickets?
All tickets ordered online or by phone are available at our Will Call window before the performance. We do not mail tickets nor is an email of your ticket purchase necessary.
When should I arrive?
In order to secure parking and your seats we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the scheduled curtain time. However, Tribute Hall is open for craft beers, fine wines, and snacks one hour before every performance.

What happens if I am late?
One of our ushers will escort you to the nearest available seat during the performance. You may take your assigned seat after intermission.
Is there a good place to eat before the show?
Yes! Downtown Antioch offers many dining options. Please check our Dinner & a Show page for ideas.
Is photography allowed?
We'd love for you to check-in and take photos before the performance. However, due to licensing agreements, no video or photography is permitted during the performance.
Does my child need a ticket?
Yes, all patrons must have a ticket regardless of age. As performances can last for ninety minutes or more we ask that children attending should be able to remain silent throughout the performance. We have content guidelines on our show pages or you can contact us at (847) 395-3055 to inquire about the appropriateness of the show for chidlren.
Do you offer refunds?
While tickets are transferable, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. However, if you contact the Box Office at least one hour in advance of any performance you are unable attend you may exchange your tickets for another performance of that production. Ticket exchange is subject to availability.
