StageStruck Auditions – Ages 12-18

Audition Notes

• You must be registered in at least one of the StageStruck productions prior to scheduling an audition. More information can be found on our StageStruck page.
• Please only schedule your audition after you have completed your audition form.
• Each child should prepare a song from the production(s) you have registered for (Beauty and the Beast JR and/or Finding Nemo JR), from the set of songs provided in your audition form confirmation email, and should be prepared to read along with one of the scene selections.
• Memorization, while not required, is strongly recommended.
• Please be prepared to audition emphasizing your use of voice, facial expressions, and your understanding of the character and material.
• We encourage parents or other responsible adults to talk about the audition process with their child(ren). Please make sure to set expectations: not every child will be able to receive a lead / supporting role, but every role is crucial to the telling of the story.
• Auditions will be held in 30-minute blocks with small groups of children.
