Traditionally our shows run weekends, Friday and Saturday at 7:30 PM and Sundays at 2:30 PM. However, this can vary by production, particularly if performances are added, if it is a special event, or for other reasons.
Please refer to the show's page for more details on performance times. Show pages are published shortly before the start of the new season.
Season Subscriptions will be available beginning June 1 every year. Subscribers get two months of early access to choose dates and seats.
FLEX Passes and individual tickets for Main Stage Shows will go on sale August 1 every year.
StageStruck Youth Theatre tickets will be available to registered participants for several days before they go on sale to the public a few weeks before each production.
For our smaller offerings, i.e Stand-Up Comedy Nights, Improv Shows, Cabarets, etc. Ticketing will be announced on a production by production bases.

We'd love for you to check-in and take photos before the performance, Â in fact we have a selfie station set up near concessions and when available one of our staff will be happy to take a picture of your group with your phone/camera. However, due to licensing agreements, no video or photography is permitted during most performances.
Yes, all patrons must have a ticket regardless of age. As performances can last for ninety minutes or more we ask that children attending should be able to remain silent throughout the performance. We have content guidelines on our show pages or you can contact us at (847) 395-3055 to inquire about the appropriateness of the show for children. Stage Struck Youth Theatre, and sensory-friendly performances MAY have exceptions to this rule.
While tickets are transferable, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. However, if you contact the Box Office at least one hour in advance of any performance you are unable attend you may exchange your tickets for another performance of that production. Ticket exchange is subject to availability.
